Healthy Life


Current situation:
Nowadays, I practice runnuing almost twice a week and I really think that it helps me to live better, but I think that better than those people who do not do anything because, I think that I can do much more than I actually do and I am able to practice many more sports, but I have some problems:

1- My schedule is not well organized.
2- I sleep just a few hours daily so I am tired during the day..
3- At lunch I do not include any salad or just a few when I do.
4- Sometimes I do not eat anything during the day.
5- I do not meet with my friends to practice any sports, even when I would like to practice football or basketball more contantlly.
6- I usually drink cocacola or another fantasy drinks.

Exposed my current situation I will present my goals and what I am going to do to achieve it:

1- To organise my schedule in order to take advantage of the time.
2- To eat more salads and healthy desserts at lunch.
3- To eat at an specific hour everyday.
4- To practice any sport at least 3 times a week, it could be to run, to play football, to play basketball, to go to the gym.
5- To drink healthy juices, natural ones, more fruits and vegetables.

6- If I decide to go to the gym I have to look for a personal trainner who is going to help me in an effective way.
